I work with adults and couples in my practice, relying on a background of extensive training in object relations psychoanalytic therapy. Using this particular theory of the mind gives me tools for helping clients explore their processes in relationships to others as well as their relationship to themselves, both conscious and unconscious. The focus is not the past but the here-and-now, and the exploration of what it means to be fully human and fully alive.
