I believe that psychotherapy is a treatment which facilitates transformation through relationship. My orientation is twofold: using contemporary psychoanalytic perspectives (including attachment theory) to understand how our earliest relationships shape us, and using archetypal psychology and spirituality to focus on how our lives resonate with larger universal forces.
